The Mountains in general Hold a special place in our hearts here at Wild Roam and after spending time around the country we have strived to create something very similar that is nothing short of Magical and even a place of healing. That being said occasionally we will offer a small Yoga and meditation session based upon donations only on our lower Mountain deck along one of the trails that Overlooks the Mountain view. This will always be a small sized group with a cap of about 10 people as the deck and space is only so big allowing people proper space in between also to keep things quiet, As it would be anyways being a Yoga and meditation session. We do believe Yoga is essential to our Mind, Body, and spirits health. We have put these theories to test and have found them and their many benefits to hold true. “The Aim of Yoga is to calm the chaos of conflicting impulses” - BKS lyengar. We do fully believe and promote the fact that yoga, meditation , The practice of sound and Music therapy, and an active outdoors lifestyle helps to prevent sickness and maintain overall health of the mind, body, & spirit . These theories have all helped change and transform our own entire lives. We hope that you may find it to be the same when you may visit. beautiful Beaver Lake is just five minutes down the road or 15 depending on which public* lake access area you go to. If you are interested in taking a short tour of our organic Large Orchards and gardens while staying here just let us know and we can most likely make it happen.
